Ahr wineyeast, produced in our own little distillery in Dernau. Wineyeast does naturally present in grape must. After the fermentation, the yeast goes down to the bottom of the barrel. The yeast is then separated from the wine. This fresh wine yeast is the base for our clear spirit – this delicacy from the Ahr valley is made with necessary caution by our skilled experts. Recommended as digestif.
