Trading conditions
You can cancel your order without reason within two weeks by fax, letter
letter or by returning the products. The two week period starts when you receive this instruction.
Please post the cancellation of your order, the demand of redemption or the product on
time to ensure the terms of cancellation.

Terms of cancellation
In case of an effective cancellation or return of the product
both sides have to revoke their benefits. If the returns are in a worse condition or are only
partially returned you may have to compensate the damage. This does not apply if the damage
was caused while checking the products, in your wine shop for example. You can avoid the compensation
by not using the products as their owner and thereby sustaining the products value. If you receive
the products as ordered you must bear the delivery costs. Otherwise the return is for free.
Please return the products in shatter-proof packaging.
